SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is free for US orders over $35.

We ship using Sendle, a carbon neutral shipping service, and all our packages are handled by USPS. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days, and usually arrive within a week. The closer you are to us, the faster it should get to you! Once your order is shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your Sendle tracking number and a link to the tracking page where you can find the estimated delivery date and current status of your package.

We ship 100% plastic-free and carbon neutral! We use recycled paper boxes and envelopes, paper stuffing, paper tape, and compostable paper shipping labels. Our shipping service, Sendle, offsets the emissions for every shipment.

Incorrect shipping address

 

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact  us immediately by responding to your shipping confirmation email (or email us at contact@ecozenstore.com from the email address used to place your order, with reference to your original order number). We will do our best to update the shipping address on your order before sending it to you.

If the order was already shipped...

Once the package has shipped, we do not have control over where it is going. The package is in the hands of USPS. You can track the status of your package through the Sendle/USPS tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Often times the package will be returned to us if it was undeliverable (for example if the address turned out to not exist). If the package has been returned to us, we will do our best to contact you to get the correct shipping address and re-send it to you. This process will cause significant delays.

If the package was successfully delivered to the address that you provided, we cannot send you a new package. You can contact USPS directly to see if anyone dropped off the mis-addressed package to the post office in the area it was delivered to.

If you sent the package to your previous address and you currently have mail forwarding set up through USPS, it should get forwarded to your new address, since the package is USPS. We are not responsible for the mail forwarding process. Please contact USPS with any questions.

 

Missing package

Our packages are shipped using Sendle/USPS, a carbon neutral shipping service, and handled by USPS. Once we ship your order, it is no longer in our hands, but in the hands of USPS. Find and track your package on the Sendle/USPS tracking page, which you can find a link to in the shipping confirmation email for your order.

In the rare case that your package seems to be lost in transit, please file a missing parcel enquiry through the Sendle/USPS tracking page - Sendle/USPS will help you locate your package and will usually complete the lost parcel investigation within 5 days. 

If you completed the above process and your package was officially declared as "lost" by Sendle/USPS, contact us to let us know by responding to your shipping confirmation email, or email us at contact@ecozenstore.com from the email address used to place your order, with reference to your original order number and/or Sendle tracking code. We will file an insurance claim for your order through Sendle/USPS, and provide a refund or send you a new one if it is covered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with our mission, EcoZen Store does not accept returns. Returned products results in nearly 4 billion pounds of landfill waste per year in the US. The return process leads to the burning of roughly 1.6 billion gallons of diesel fuel— including 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
